Paneer

Today we embarked on a cooking adventure.  Making paneer.

We bought organic whole milk, scalded it, and poured in some fresh lemon juice.  Well I say 'we' but really it was all about Traveler.  I am blogging while he presses it.






I'll be in charger of making curry out of it later tonight.
