Wainuiomata Walk

Traveler and I went on a walk together a few weeks ago.. We first drove down the Coastal Road from Wainuiomata till we found the sea and this unique set of signs:






Then we opted not to do the walk we planned because the road was covered in a foot of water. Instead we found a mild-mannered walk in the town of Wainuiomata itself.
